Terms & Conditions

The rules for using Lanespace. Read carefully — by using the Service you agree to them.

Last updated · 20 May 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lanespace (the "Service"), operated by Lanespace ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using Lanespace you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Lanespace is — and is not

Lanespace is a curation and discovery layer over publicly available logistics and supply-chain content. We index, organise, and add editorial context to talks, interviews, and channels that companies and operators have already chosen to publish to the public web. On top of that library, the Lanespace AI Expert acts as a navigation and guidance assistant — it helps you find, compare, and summarise material that already exists.

Lanespace does not make statements on behalf of any company, operator, expert, or analyst. We do not publish original research, set rates, validate pricing, broker shipments, give legal, regulatory, financial, or operational advice, or warrant the accuracy of third-party material. Everything in the library is presented for information, education, and curation purposes only. Always verify with the original source and your own advisors before acting on anything you read or hear here.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Lanespace.
  • You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.

3. The library — public sources only

All source material in the Lanespace library — videos, talks, interviews, podcasts, channels — is publicly available content hosted on third-party platforms (primarily YouTube) and presented through their official embedded players. We do not download, mirror, or re-host third-party media. Original creators, companies, and rights-holders retain full ownership of their material, and their use is governed by the platform's terms (e.g. the YouTube Terms of Service) and the individual creator's licence settings.

All rights are attributed to third parties where they are due. Company names, logos, wordmarks, executive names, channel artwork, and video content are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification, curation, and editorial reference only. Inclusion in the Lanespace library does not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or any commercial relationship.

4. What is Lanespace's — the curation layer

The intelligence sitting around the public material is ours. That includes, without limitation:

  • The Lanespace brand, name, wordmark, visual identity, and platform code.
  • The selection of which companies, channels, and videos to include in the library.
  • The taxonomy, tags, collections, and editorial structure used to organise them.
  • The transcript-grounded briefings, summaries, hooks, and takeaways generated by our pipeline.
  • The AI Expert prompts, retrieval logic, ranking, and recommendation behaviour.
  • The Lanespace database, indexes, and derived metadata.

All of the above is the exclusive intellectual property of Lanespace and is protected by copyright, database rights, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, redistribute, train models on, or create derivative works of the Lanespace curation layer without our prior written consent.

5. The AI Expert

The Lanespace AI Expert is a generative-AI assistant grounded in the curated library. It exists to guide you through the material — surfacing relevant talks, summarising what operators have said publicly, comparing pricing or operational strategy where the sources allow it. It is not a broker, not a consultant, and not a source of truth on its own. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify important information against the cited source and your own advisors. Do not share sensitive commercial, personal, or financial details in chat.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Download, scrape, mirror, or republish any part of the Service without permission.
  • Bypass technical restrictions, including those of embedded third-party players.
  • Use the AI Expert to generate harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
  • Misrepresent Lanespace output as the official position of any company or operator referenced.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or our backend systems.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its curation layer.

7. User-generated content

Where Lanespace allows you to submit content (e.g. contact messages, free-text profile fields, AI Expert prompts), you represent that you have the right to share it and grant Lanespace a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it strictly to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

7B. Communications, feedback & product analytics

By creating a Lanespace account you also agree that we may, in addition to transactional emails:

  • Contact you occasionally — by email or in-product — to ask for feedback, invite you to interviews or user tests, share product updates, and explore how we could extend Lanespace's capabilities to better fit your use case (including new features, integrations, or services).
  • Process your in-product activity (pages viewed, prompts asked, insights saved, companies followed, role and company you've provided) to operate, evaluate, secure and improve the Service, to personalise what we show you, and to develop new products and services. We may share aggregated and de-identifiedanalytics with our affiliates, partners and prospective investors. We do not share your prompt content, your personal identifiers, or anything that would identify the specific company you work for.
  • You can opt out of feedback outreach at any time by emailing us via our contact form. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.

Where applicable law requires explicit consent for any of the above (e.g. marketing emails under GDPR), the relevant processing only takes place once you have given that consent at sign-up or in your account settings.

8. Removal & takedown requests

If you are a creator, company, or rights-holder and want a video, channel, logo, or reference removed from the Lanespace library, send us a note via our contact form. We act on good-faith requests promptly. See our Copyright & Attribution page for the full process.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanespace disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific commercial or operational outcome will result from using it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanespace, its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Lanespace harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Dublin, Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where required by mandatory law.
